2. How do I know that you received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your Order I.D., order summary, total, billing & shipping information.

3. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail. The e-mail will have the scheduled time of delivery, ship details, and the tracking number that will enable you to track your package.

4. When will I receive my order?
Pending no billing and/or address problems, Next-Day, 2nd-Day, and 3-Day Select orders placed before 11:00AM CST will be processed the same day. All other orders generally ship within 2-3-business days. Actual delivery times depend upon the method chosen for shipment and geographic location. (***Note: No deliveries will be made Saturday or Sunday.***)

5. Will I have to pay duties and taxes for International shipments?
Yes, all shipments outside of the U.S. will incur some form of duties and/or taxes. We are not responsible for any duties and/or taxes incurred during shipment.

Yes, after the shipment is delivered any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is damaged in transit or mis-shipment has occurred, trailblazers.com will pay all return shipping fees.

9. Can I make a return at the Rose Garden Arena?
No, the Rose Garden Fan Shop will NOT accept any returns/exchanges from trailblazers.com
